Woodwind Repair
CHECK & REGULATE (C&R)
This job includes a visual inspection of all pads, corks, and alignments. All necessary adjustments will be made, up to 4 pads and up to 4 corks (not including tenon or neck corks) will be replaced, minor accessible dents removed, chemical cleaning of the mouthpiece, play test, and vacuuming of the case.
NOTE: If sever damage or long term neglect to the instrument is present an additional charge will be incurred by the customer. No additional work will be done without the customer's approval.

OVERHAUL
This job includes removal of all pads and corks, chemical clean of entire instrument, removal of all dents, all solder joints repaired, polishing of all plated and plastic parts, all new pads and corks applied, regulation of keys and mechanisms, seating of all pads, and C&R.
NOTE: If instrument is severely damaged, rusted rods, cracks, and/or missing parts an additional charge will be incurred by the customer, no additional work will be done without customer approval.

RE-LACQUER AND RE-PLATE ESTIMATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
All specific repairs will be estimated on an hourly base at a rate of $75 per hour. Quantity discounts are available for schools with more than 10 instruments to be repaired. All prices subject to change
Brass Repair
CLEAN & SERVICE (C & S)
This service involves disassembling the entire instrument, chemically cleaning the instrument and mouthpiece(s) in the ultrasonic cleaner, scrubbing the inside of the instrument with soap and brushes, thoroughly rinsing and drying the instrument, removing accessible dents, aligning slides and valves, replacing felts and waterkey corks if necessary,
NOTE: If valves, slides, and/or horn are severely damaged, the customer will incur an additional charge. The ultrasonic cleaning process may affect the integrity of the lacquer finish, depending on the instrument's age and manufacturer. No additional work will be done without customer approval.
